Additional information: Exploring the Netherlands/popular destinations and how to find hotels:
If you like to explore a little of the Netherlands before the conference starts, you may want to stay at a place from where you can easily go out. On the following websites you can look around and see what kind of cities and hotels you may like best: http://www.booking.com/index.en.html?sid=e7cf5956783fcfb6472bfac41bb1e8cb
At the bottom of the page of this website http://www.orangesmile.com/booking/en/netherlands/index.htm you will find a list of popular destinations. Apeldoorn is one name on that list. The conference centre is not too far from Apeldoorn. I would suggest you take a look on a map of the Netherlands and see where you would like to go (countryside or city, central or far end, etc).
